Chance Encounters is a seven-channel video installation by Karam Natour exploring vulnerability, trust, and the unpredictability of human connection. The work unfolds through staged encounters between the artist and randomly selected strangers, each centered on the symbolic act of falling—a moment of both surrender and mutual reliance.
The work immerses visitors in an open exhibition space, where they navigate seven parallel video channels from shifting vantage points. A companion screening room offers additional insight into the project and Natour’s creative process, deepening the experience of these chance interactions.
